Real Estate, LLC. He has a strong sense of leadership,

in evaluating the needs of the property. As
a licensed contractor and with his knowledge
of construction, Mr. Kelly is able to offer the
properties he manages the best possible facilities

for updating and maintaining income and expenditures
for the operations of several properties. She is
accurate, thorough, methodical, focused with an eye
for detail, and works well under pressure. |

Ms. Turner is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
She joined ThamesHarbour Real Estate in 2007 with
a background in residential property management from
Orange County, California. She is an integral
liaison between community members and the Board of
Directors and has an unrivaled willingness to help.
She has excellent communication, time management
and customer service skills. She is diligent, resourceful,

Mr. Price is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a
Bachelor's degree in Business in 2008. He has considerable knowledge of
building maintenance and construction practices and methods, is precise
in the use of tools and equipment, and is thorough in the application of
safety principles. Similar to the maintenance staff, he is detailed,
clean, organized, professional and responsive.
